2013 filled with curious questions and got surprising answers, my intellect and mind blown away!
Questions make us evolve, surprisingly these questions are important and must for every individual human being, there is no such thing as group knowledge, you get answers when you are ready.
who am I?
when big-bang happened I separated from that collision and started the journey and we call it as super soul (light with super natural powers), I separated from super soul and take the human form as a soul to experience what I am experiencing as a human animal right now, but before this human life I took I experienced all sorts of forms, I am a flower once, rock, sand in the beach, water, air molecule, dog, earthworm, you name it and I am that once, I take form in other realms, and in other planets, from big bang to now I am as a soul travelling, taking the bodies and leaving with experience(becoming the light again with super natural powers), I do this until I finish all the experiences necessary before I join the creator again.
i am 36 years old as a human but as a soul i am ancient. this ancient soul is part of super soul and that super soul is part of creator.
(this is what i understood so far, may change later but for now this is the answer for me which i am totally convinced)
what happens when you die? where we stay until we reincarnate?
so far right now earthly humans created so much drama, fear around death but death is going home taking experiences along with us and wait until the next incarnation.
there is a life between the incarnations, you exist as a light being living in between realms. there are several stages before you reach the creator and you go to the stage according to your experience as a soul journey.
having human body is a privilege and it's a gift and tough to get the opportunity. we choose to abandon our spiritual powers to experience this life, but you have complete control over our daily experiences that's call free will.
there is so much of literature, near death experiences documented on this subject, it numb your brain for a while because you have to re-organize your belief system about your existing idea of life on the planet earth.
understanding the purpose of human life. why we are here, why we are different than other species and what we have to do with this special form of ours. what are the experiences we planned to achieve here, did we plan everything before we come here? more and never ending questions answered while reading the NDE stories and their experiences.
Vedas and Upanishads talk about it but i didn't found the proper translation as it is yet, lot of disclosures from so called gurus with full of nonsense explanations of their own, why don't they just go to the damn point or may be I have to learn more and prepare my brain to go in to the depth of vedic knowledge :)

yes! absolutely, that's called past life regressions. we have anxiety, fears, phobias and dreams those are all past life files coming forward and effecting now.
you can heal from phobias, fears, anxieties from treatments like hypnosis.
Do I have to go to retreat or live in the hole to liberate?
It doesn't matter, you can be where ever you are, enjoying what ever you have be a beggar or king or retreated monk or atheist you are going to train your mind for liberation
following the Dharma principals daily minute by minute.
just like taming a wild horse.
souls must start as ignorant and helpless, but ultimately we have to know our self's and heal.
Every obstacle you encounter, your believes as what ever human label's you attached to as women, wife, daughter, sister, mom, friend on and on, people around you, people you meet, people you face, what ever drama is happening, all are testing you and helping you weather you are keep focusing on single minded goal of liberation or giving up on that path!!
